Payment Terms

To ensure a seamless experience, all services provided are prepaid. For your security and peace of mind, we process all transactions through trusted, secure third-party payment processors, ensuring your financial data remains protected.

All services are delivered online. By purchasing, you acknowledge that no physical service is provided.


Refund Eligibility

We strive for excellence, but we understand that issues can arise. You may be eligible for a refund under the following specific conditions:

Teacher Absence: If a teacher fails to attend a scheduled session.

Technical Issues: If a verified technical failure occurs on our side that prevents the service from being delivered.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Student no-shows
  • Late cancellations
  •  Change of mind after purchase
  • Partially used service packages

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Lessons must be canceled or rescheduled at least 6 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or missed sessions are non-refundable.


Chargebacks and Disputes

We value transparency and open communication. Please be aware that initiating unauthorized chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension of your account and a formal investigation into the transaction
