However, we may share limited information with necessary third parties, such as payment processors, hosting providers, and email service providers, or with legal authorities when required by law.

Student Policy
Attendance and Cancellations
Students are expected to arrive for their sessions on time. Please note that late arrivals do not extend the scheduled session time, and missed lessons without prior notice may be forfeited.
To respect our instructors’ time, you must cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before your lesson. Cancellations made within that 6-hour window may result in the lesson being marked as completed and will remain non-refundable.
Conduct and Technical Requirements
We maintain a high standard of respectful and professional behavior; any inappropriate conduct may lead to immediate account suspension. Additionally, students are responsible for their own technical setup, including:
A stable internet connection
A functional microphone and camera
Proper access to the required platforms
Kreyo Lingo is not responsible for sessions missed due to student-side technical difficulties.
Teacher Policy
Professional Status and Standards
All teachers operate as independent contractors and are not employees of Kreyo Lingo LLC. As such, teachers are responsible for their own tax obligations and legal compliance. We expect our educators to remain punctual and professional, respecting student confidentiality and delivering all lessons as agreed.
Content Ownership
Unless a separate written agreement exists, all materials created specifically for Kreyo Lingo remain the intellectual property of the company.
