Refund Policy

Teacher Absence: If a teacher fails to attend a scheduled session.
Technical Issues: If a verified technical failure occurs on our side that prevents the service from being delivered.
Please note that refunds are not issued for student no-shows, a change of mind after purchase, or for any partially used service packages. All refund requests must be formally submitted within 7 days of the incident.
Chargebacks and Disputes
